Represent Fun Events in Frankfurt on a daily basis

Develop a network that will allow Fun Events in Frankfurt to establish relationships with places, brands and businesses.

Research and constantly contact places to organize Fun Events in Frankfurt.

Establish and maintain relationships with (potential) partners of Fun Events in Frankfurt. This ranges from embassies or consulates, to French brands and companies that are likely to be able to collaborate with Fun Events in Frankfurt (brand activation in B2C, sponsorship during AfterWork, or B2B with internal event)

Fun Events Photographers

Working closely with event producers to create a timeline for the event and determine the best locations for photographing certain aspects of the event

Shooting photos of guests arriving at the event, which can include capturing images of guests walking down the aisle or a speaker addressing an audience

Capturing candid photos of attendees interacting with one another at social events

Shooting images of event decorations such as tablescapes, floral arrangements, and lighting effects

Using specialized equipment such as a camera with high-resolution capabilities or a tripod to ensure crisp images with good focus

Editing photos using computer software to adjust lighting, color, and contrast

Fun Events DJs

Creating playlists based on client requests or music trends

Coordinating with other staff members regarding entertainment schedules and event details

Managing and operating audio and lighting equipment for events

Coordinating with the venue manager to set up equipment before an event begins and breaking it down afterwards

Selecting the type of music to play based on the event’s theme or genre, including creating a list of songs for each event

Coordinating with the event coordinator to ensure that the music is appropriate for the audience and fits the mood of the event
